Umiami – Closure of an Agri-Food R&D Center

Online auction held following the closure of the Umiami research and development center in Villebon-sur-Yvette (91), which was dedicated to the development of plant-based food products under the "Swap Food" brand. This auction includes over 100 lots, notably featuring state-of-the-art laboratory and process development equipment: “Anton Paar” particle size analyzers and rheometers, a “Stable Micro Systems” texturometer, “Dohmeyer” cryogenic cabinets, “Hounö” and “Unox” ovens, a “Mettler Toledo” metal detector, an “Anritsu” checkweigher, "Sartorius" thermobalances, as well as numerous food preparation appliances, laboratory equipment, stainless steel furniture, shelving, computer equipment, and technical equipment. Auction organized by Dome Auctions France, OVV No. 331-2026, auctioneer Blandine Camper.
